That was...Congratulations for losing the 28 pounds. That was not easy. I've been obese my whole life. I go up and down the scale. Normal eating works for me. So does daily exercise. The past 3 months I haven't been doing regular exercise, so I've gained back some of what I lost last year. I'm sighing, but won't beat myself up. I just keep moving forward, finding my balance again. Reading your post is a big boost of positivity.
